It's the Soldier, not the reporter
Who has given us the freedom of the press.

It's the Soldier, not the poet,
Who has given us the freedom of speech.

It's the Soldier, not the politicians
That ensures our right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

It's the Soldier who salutes the flag,
Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag.

Note: If you are looking for a web site that has all that fancy stuff of fade in, fade out, music on pages, fancy pictures, then you came to the wrong web site.  My site has no frills or thrills, only good information and pictures of the patches.  So if you find any information that is incorrect, don't hesitate to get in contact with me.  My e-mail is listed below.

Links to other web sites.

My Civil War section is up and running.   Check it out by clicking on the link above.  And as usual, please let me know if there are any broken links in both the patch section and Civil War section.

You will notice that you cannot get through to some records for the North section on the Civil War site. I am cleaning it up and adding a lot of new information that I received.  I will be adding a lot during the next month or so.  I will be working on the "North" first so access will be very limited there.  I will be adding the states when I clean them up and finish adding information.  The "South" is open but will be closing once the "North" is done.  This will take a while.

A little request.  When you submit any information for me to add to the Civil War section, please submit the state and whether the state you are submitting for is from the North or South.  This will help me greatly.

The following link will take you to where you can request military records.

Please Note: I don't sell any patches that are listed on my site as they are mostly all donated scans from many visitors to my site.

I have received requests from different people of how to find a relative that was in the service during the different wars. I happened to find something that would be of interest to anyone that is trying to find that kind of information.

Check it out.

You can e-mail me at: Ranger-095 with questions or comments about my web site. If you have any information about the histories of any of the patches that are shown, please e-mail me. Plus any donations of scanned patches will also be greatly appreciated.  You will be given full credit for submitting them. With your permission of course.
